The order process is simple and takes only a few minutes. After you decide from our In Stock Now, Popular Trailers or Design a Trailer page where you can select the desired upgrades or options and send yourself a free quote to review. Just give us a call when you are ready to order. On most orders, all we need is a credit card deposit. We then process a formal order and pickup date and send a purchase order to your email.

A:

We sell trailers — sight unseen — to customers all over the country at wholesale prices. You drive to the factory and pick up your trailer there, or contact a third-party shipping company to have it delivered to you. We have two different options. One is a stock unit trailer that you can call for today and pick up tomorrow. The other option is to build a custom trailer designed to meet your needs. The build time for custom trailers varies. You will receive a date for pickup when you place your order.

After your trailer is ordered changes cannot be made in most cases. If we can make a change we charge a $75 change fee. Please check your order thoroughly for any typos. This is a sight unseen buying concept and we depend on the customer to make sure they ordered correctly and we processed the order correctly. Please read your written order as soon as you receive it.

A:

We often experience very high call volume. Please leave us a message; we return messages in the order in which they were received. If you do not leave a message we assume you do not want a call back. During our busy season it may take 24 hrs. to return calls. If you leave a message on Friday we may not call back until Monday. If we call and you don't answer we do not continue to call, we leave a message if possible and move on to the next message.
